Return and Refunds
Cancelling your order:
You have the permission to cancel the order of your request within 2 days from the order date as long as you have not received the delivered product or package. You will receive a full refund
Cancelling your special order:
- You may cancel your special order within 2 working days of placing your order without a cancellation fee. Thereafter, your special order cannot be cancelled or changed.
- You have the right for a full refund if your special order was not delivered on the estimated date given to you at the time of the purchase without additional compensation.
- You have to add write the full name in the return form.
سياسة الاسترجاع
– يحق للعميل استرجاع كامل المبلغ عند إلغائها في مدة لا تتجاوز يومين من تاريخ إصدار الفاتورة بشرط عدم الاستلام.
– تكون مدة استرجاع مبلغ الفاتورة خلال 21 يوم عمل من تاريخ طلب إلغاء الفاتورة بشرط عدم الاستلام وأن تكون متوافقة مع سياسة الشركة للاسترجاع.
الطلبيات الخاصة
– يحق للعميل استرجاع كامل المبلغ خلال يومين
– يحق للعميل استرجاع كامل المبلغ في حال تأخر الطلبيات الخاصة عن الوقت المذكور.
– يرجى اضافة اسم الأب في طلب الاسترجاع لاحتياجنا الاسم الثلاثي للعميل.
